Manager was extremely rude because i walk in with an outside beverage while i was seated ready to order (with the drink on the side) instead of politely telling me that i have to put it on the side or in a bag, he told us that i have to put it on a bag or walk out because "this is a restaurant" and we dont know in what conditions that drink was made. It is a shame since i been telling my colombian about ecuadorian food and hospitality and i been meaning try this place for a while but this made our experience awful . It is not what you say its how you say it. luckily there was a nice waitress that made us change our minds before leaving. But it is a shame that this is my gf first experience with Ecuadorian food and "hospitality" i literally said to the waitress that we would stay if that punk doesn't come near our table . I'm not saying he was wrong . He was just extremely Rude and entitled. Me personally i've worked in the restaurant bussines for over in year in Manhattan in several renowned restaurants and i have never encounter such rudeness. My girlfriend was saying the vendors over warren were waaaaaay nicer to us that he was ,so i guess this is my advice to people get your Ecuadorian food on warren St. You'll have a better experience. My advice to chiflez owner make this waitress (ivone)your manager or train this entitled punk better . Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Without a doubt, the Ecuadorian cuisine in this restaurant is very tasty. The atmosphere is very calm and comfortable to spend time with family and friends. I like to visit during Happy Hour and cool off with a margarita. Excellent service, Gil is a very attentive worker, very friendly and every time she serves me I feel comfortable since she always serves me with great kindness. I recommend this restaurant 100% and ask for Gil, she and her team will make you feel at home. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
