Gave these a try the other day and was very happy with the results. The ginger beef alone is worth the visit! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Crispy Beef, Chicken Chow Mein

We recently visited The Chili House Restaurant for a takeout order to feed our houseful of eight people for a birthday celebration we were hosting. The restaurant offers a wide array of dishes, and we ordered a variety to suit everyone's taste. Overall, the food was flavorful and satisfying. However, we did find some dishes to be a bit on the greasy side, which is something the restaurant could look into for future improvement. As for the service, the staff were efficient in preparing our large order. While they were helpful in getting us everything we needed, we felt that the customer service could be a bit warmer. We made a simple request for additional fortune cookies to accommodate our large group. Although our request was ultimately honored, the interaction with the older lady left room for improvement in terms of friendliness and hospitality, especially considering the sizeable order we had placed. In summary, they were good in terms of food quality but could benefit from a few tweaks in both their recipes and customer service to make the experience truly memorable. We're optimistic that these are areas that can easily be improved upon and look forward to giving them another try in the near future.
