Clarissa was our server. She is always friendly, attentive, and efficient. She can handle many tables and bar patrons easily, and she maintains her pleasant and warm demeanor. Clarissa asks about us whenever we go to Chili’s and seems genuinely happy to see us. We could go to other Chilis but we choose this one in Rio Rancho off of Unser. The restaurant is clean and the outside landscaping is trimmed and looks nice. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today was my first time dining at this location, and honestly, my server came to my table only once to take my order. I never saw him again after my food was delivered. He never came back to check on me or ask if everything was okay. When I paid for my meal on the little kiosk, it just did not feel good at all. Even the host had an attitude when I asked her a question. She asked me if I wanted to sit in the lounge or the lobby, and I didn't know the difference. She said, "This is the lounge, and this is the lobby," very aggressively. I did not like it at all. It was very rude. I will never eat here again. I had the black bean Santa Fe burger. The food was decent. It was a little dry.

The service was really great! Our server Mickey & his manager took amazing care of us! Our mozz sticks were a tad bit late, my partner and I weren’t mad at all but did ask when they’d be out & they were so kind & quick about helping us out! They offered to comp the mozz sticks for the wait which was not necessary but so so so unbelievably kind of them! Thank you guys for really making our night with such a sweet gesture & amazing service!! Wishing all the best for the staff! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
