So June 14, 2026 I had a bad experience with the food. I called the manager gave me a gift card instead of my money back no biggie. Today I tried to use the card when I placed my order online and it wouldn’t work. I called and spoke with a manager and he told me I would have to use it in store no biggie. I asked if I could place my order to go before I came up there and he said yes I’ll get you back over to the correct person to take your order I said great thanks. Well, I proceeded to stay on hold for over 20mins with no one ever coming back to the line taking my order. 23 mins and I disconnected the call. When I first called the store to speak with the manager, someone answered the phone right away. I know your a busy restaurant but one should not wait over 20mins to place a Togo order. I’ve also included pictures of my wait time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My roommate and I went to dinner at Chili’s on a Saturday night we chose to eat in the bar area. The food was semi-good. He ordered the QP burger with french fries and I had ordered margarita chicken over a bed of rice with a side salad. The salad had no cucumbers the tomatoes were cut up the size of like diced tomatoes, Which I was not expecting, and I don’t understand eating a salad with no cucumbers. The temperature in the room was so cold that my food got cold so fast. I get that they’re trying to get customers in and out of there as fast as they can so they can have a good turnover of tables but because it was so cold I never wanna go back there again. It was miserably cold so just warning you make sure you take a sweater with you. I would think that you would want the customers to be comfortable, and for that reason we will not be returning. oh and the little house margarita 10 ounces paid $10 for it ridiculous. Not at all will not coming back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Today, my friend took me out for my birthday lunch at Denny’s on Stone Side Road in Conroe, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. The manager seated us at a dirty table in the corner, even though we asked for a table by the window. When we moved to the window table, the waitress was still cleaning it. She placed the salt and pepper shakers down and said she was going to get a towel, but she never came back. We stood there waiting for about 10 minutes before finally deciding to leave. We then went next door to Chili's Grill & Bar, and the experience was like night and day. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like royalty. The manager was wonderful, and we had three different waitresses checking on us and making sure everything was perfect. They even sang Happy Birthday to me and brought me a delicious little cake with ice cream. I truly had a wonderful afternoon at Chili’s and appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service they showed me on my birthday. Big thumbs up to the Chili’s team, and I wish them all the best! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50
