Great place to eat ! The service and food was excellent !! Waitress made sure our drinks were full she made sure to let us know they were working on our food order or just to make sure we were good . The manager William made sure his guests were taken care of also I seen him helping out his bussers and keeping the restaurant tables clean . It was a pretty busy day for Mothers Day everyone was doing they part . It’s good when you see a manager get in there lending a helping hand when needed . I recommend chili ️ in Hanford Hopefully you have a great experience and great food . Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

What started as one of the worse experience was turned around to a good experience the manager not only fixed my food and accommodated me. He (Julio)went above an beyond to fix the service and food quality. Today was my first time dining at this establishment. Food was great though service wasn't perfect all the issues where addressed and fixed. Came in early morning so wasn't that busy at the time clean tables & friendly staff. Large selection of food and great quality after everything I'd recommend this location in Hanford to friend and family for a go to location for great food and service Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Chili's Grill & Bar, January 24, 2026 at 8:11pm Warning: when you sat down at the waiting area please watch your back they need to put up signs. Because I hit my back & her husband hit his back also & a couple of other people did to!!! Me & my daughter & her best friend & her husband & their son we all came here for dinner & it was our first time here so the two young ladies at the front counter said that they had a booth ready but I had asked for a table instead because it's easier for me so they said you had to wait so we did almost 30 minutes & there was an (empty table) in the corner when we had gotten there no one was using it! So they ending up putting us there after people was coming & going. The food was delicious & tasty & the service was ok at our table! for seating & 's for the food & 's for service (looking for a servicer for refills) Thank You Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
