I stopped in this morning around noon and ordered one of those “3 for Me” meal deals to take home. Now, I’m an older fellow and I don’t eat out very often these days, so I’ll admit I was a bit confused trying to understand how the deal worked and what all came with it. The young lady working the to-go counter — the one with the pink hair and piercings — was just an absolute sweetheart. She never once made me feel rushed or silly for asking questions. She patiently read through the menu options with me, explained everything clearly, and even joked around enough to get an old man like me laughing before noon. I also have quite a few food allergies, which can make ordering stressful, but she took every concern seriously and made sure every single accommodation was handled properly. That kind of care is hard to come by anymore. To be honest, my past experiences at other Chili’s Grill & Bar locations have not been very impressive, and I had fairly low expectations coming in. But this visit truly changed my opinion. Good service like that deserves to be recognized. I’ll certainly be back again, and I hope that young lady knows her kindness made an old customer’s day a whole lot better. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a wonderful girls' day with my 10-year-old daughter, and we had such a great experience here that I felt it was worth sharing. From the moment we walked in, the hostess greeted us with a warm smile, made us feel welcome and seated us right away. Our server, Yessica, was just as friendly and attentive. She put in our appetizer order immediately and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu and provided some recommendations. Before I knew it, our appetizer had arrived while I was still placing our order. My daughter loved the mozzarella sticks and even commented on how kind and friendly everyone was. Thank you, Chili's for making our day so enjoyable. We'll definitely be back! Price per person: $20–30

I had a really solid experience at Chili's Grill & Bar. What stood out right away was the service—my server was attentive in a way that felt intentional, not forced. They checked in consistently without interrupting the flow of the meal, which I appreciated. They also had a strong grasp of the menu. I asked a few questions and got clear, confident answers along with some genuinely helpful recommendations. It made the whole ordering process feel easy and well-guided. The food came out quickly and met expectations, but the level of service is what really elevated the experience. It’s the kind of visit that makes you want to come back, not just for the food, but for how you’re treated while you’re there. I’d definitely return. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
