Where do I start . 1st off my niece birthday dinner was ruined . Waited an hour for food after being seated immediately. Oh and check this out food came out incorrect. Asked for it to be corrected (3 dinners )to be exact were incorrect! Waited another 45mins for plates to be remade. Check this out we had children with us who sat at the table watching other children eat and complete their meals and still hadn’t Been served to the point it was just time to go . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Supervisor and manager on duty were upset because at this point I became one of those irate customers! Waiter was left to deal with situation all alone until management finally came to assist issue. Issue was not resolved appropriately. Discount was not worth it ,did not make up for the HORRIBLE BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE my niece had. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. SHORT STAFF MY TAILBONE . I’m a CNA we are always short staffed but we make a way to get the Job done ! They should be ashamed of the way we were treated 4/11 HORRIBLE IF THAT CANT KEEP IT STAFFED I’d say the KITCHEN ! Then it needs to be shut down ! Price per person: $20–30

Chili's is ok. My group from church went after service. Upon entering, there seamed to be a crowd of people but I was assured there'll be ample seating. And sure enough we were seated immediately. There were 6 of us. Our table was a little tight dew to the fact that we had 1 disabled and 2 people that were 6" 4 and 6" 3 inches tall. Weight 210 lbs or more. But we managed. Our wait staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Everyone's food and appetizers came out in a timely manner. The drinks were very tasty and colorful, with the little gummy candies in them. All the food was good except my burger, which was way over cooked, it was a little dark around the edges over cooked. But I didn't complain because the service was great. I think on Sundays it's the best kept secret. Because normally you can't get into a restaurant after 1:pm. But i will recommend Chili's to friends. Over all a great visit. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $90–100 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: There are lots of vegetables offered as side dishes, im sure they can make a veggie plate

I'm going to get that big bacon cheese burger and Fries and at least 3 of those Drinks with the moonshine in it... Believe me when I say after that first drink im not going to feel nothing and I won't be cold anymore.lol — eating dinner at Chili's Grill & Bar (Florissant, MO).
