First, I would like to apologize for the unpleasant experience you had while picking up your . I have since looked into the matter to understand the general situation. We consistently include a sufficient number of condiment packets with every doordash order.As you are aware-and as our staff have reminded you on numerous occasions-you invariably take extra packets whenever you pick up a DoorDash delivery. Regarding this incident, it appears that our staff member may have spoken too loudly while reminding you, which caused you some distress. We are not trying prevent you from taking extra condiment packet; rather trying to avoid food waste. It is very unfortunate that many costumer take more than they need, and discard the excess food immediately after finishing their meal. We have dozens-sometimes even hundreds-of delivery drivers coming in to pick up orders every day; if everyone were to take extra packets as you do, it would be a significant financial expense for us for food that end up in the trash. We hope that you would consider removing this review. We wish you happiness everyday. -China one
