My friend and I had a TERRIBLE experience at Chinta Ria Soul at Emporium today. We ordered Nasi Rendang and the beef was tough and cold, as if it had been reheated in a microwave. We asked for a new meal to be cooked or atleast a refund, but instead we was given a CHICKEN CURRY in a plastic tub WITH the original dish still on the tray (the cold meat rendang). The staff didn't even apologise or offer a better solution, even after speaking to their cook In front of US! The front staff were always on their phone, even while talking to cuatomers, as if the phone was stuck to their hands, doesn't even know to smile and greet customers! I would encourage customers to be aware of the service of this place and to read reviews before choosing to dine or make take aways from chinta sia soul (emporium). It is clear that the staff needs to be better trained and more attentive to customer needs in order to improve the quality of their service. (Ps: well atleast the staffs today! 29/05/2023) Note: no photos were included as we couldn't be bothered staying with poor quality treatment. Ordered an egg sauce rice noodle and requested no chicken meat on the dish. Disappointed and disgusted it came with chicken meat in spite of my request. After payment was made, I noticed that the price of this dish shown on the main board was totally different from the receipt.. Asked for an explanation, the receptionist said the price has increased and has not been updated on the board. This was totally misleading and I shall not patronise them again.
