We’ve ordered from this location multiple times with no issue, but tonight we decided to pay the extra $4 upcharge for “double protein” and got this. (And yes, I stirred it up to find the chicken.) Furthermore, my husband had to wait 3-4 minutes for a group of employees to acknowledge him when he picked it up because they were so busy chit chatting with each other. Disappointing experience to say the least.

I visited Chipotle recently and had a concerning experience. As I was entering/leaving, the door scratched my foot. I informed an employee about what happened, but instead of showing concern or asking if I was okay, the response I received was simply, "Oh, write a review." I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and customer service. Accidents can happen, but I expected staff to take the situation more seriously and at least check on my well-being.

Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant "Chipotle" in Allen, Texas, has good healthy food, very tasty with fresh ingredients for building your burrito bowl, grabbing tacos, or if you're keeping it healthier...getting a salad or a lifestyle bowl. You'll be happy choosing Chipotle for lunch or dinner. I absolutely love that you can make your meal your own... by choosing the ingredients you like. Customer service at this location wasn't all that bad. However, customer service wasn't all good either. Some of the staff working the front serving... appeared to have attitudes. " Always remember, customers will remember how you treat them." Good customer service is a must. Other than that... this is a good location with good food. I recommend it. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chips, Quesadilla, Chicken Bowl
