No wonder they have poor reviews. I wouldn’t go back to this place ever again. I walked in, asked for it to go bowl, and for half-half rice. The guy wasn’t even picking the rice in full with the spatula he was using. I said it was okay, but then I moved on to the meat. I asked him to give me the chicken, and he picked a good amount with a spatula. He then shook the spatula, and most of the chicken fell back into the bowl, making a disgusting at that moment. And when I questioned it, the guy standing next to the guy who is serving me said double chicken come on is this a scam? The way these guys are doing here is appalling. I don’t know how much they’re going to get away with doing the tossing scam. You should have a measurement or standard quantity, not toss and scam people. You all should be ashamed of what you did. There was a girl who watched all this right by the counter, and while I was walking out, she was explaining to her manager or someone else what the guy did with the shaking spatula when he picked up the chicken. Staff and manager were very rude. Came in around 10 PM. They are supposed to close at 11. They had already removed where you get your forks and paper towels and they claim to no longer have anything left but chicken cause they were cleaning and tossing things out. They visibly had fajita veggies and refused to give them to me because they didn’t see them when they went to scoop so I asked again and the manager yelled at me to wait. Never going back here.
