this has to be the most embarrassing chipotle franchise. it’s in a great area to make money why are the workers always so unhappy and the building is always trashed or out of regular things like beverages, guac and vinaigrette etc I really wish management would come help this place I love chipotle and this is not to bash the workers however I think there’s a serious underlying issue here! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

We should be firing on all cylinders and this is not the experience you should ever have at Chipotle. If you don’t mind contacting us through our website, someone will be in touch with you directly: https://www.chipotle.com/contact-us. Thank you for your feedback, Mason.

I truly hate to say this because the workers were pleasant, courteous and did there jobs without attitudes despite how busy the restaurant was. IT WAS BUSY. In the Chi the workers would have been cursin'. With that said the food was awful, it was 85° and when I got back to my hotel room a few blocks away the entire bowl was COLD. Faijita vegetables raw, brown rice so uncooked it woulda killed one of them Baltimore pigeons in minutes. Corn uncooked, Black beans yuck. The Pico de gao & guacamole were the only things edible cold. They simply did not COOK the food; were the stoves not -working is what I wanna know. ‍‍ Eat at your-own risk people. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Hi LaChondra, we love hearing that the team was pleasant and courteous during such a heavy rush, but we're sorry to hear that the food itself was a letdown. We always want our brown rice to be perfectly tender, our black beans and fajita veggies completely cooked, and your warm ingredients served at the perfect temperature. Please contact us at https://www.chipotle.com/contact-us so we can connect with you directly and make this right.

It is currently 10:56am the doors to chipotle is closed the workers are acting like they don’t hear us knocking on the door. Horrible service. The store hours say 10:45am but no one is opening the door. They are laughing as well. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
