Worst Chipotle ever. As always doordashed a order and against better judgment item missing from the order. Took to long for food that 4 different washers were assigned for pickup and when I finally get the food. Its cold. Bubbakoo up the road. Better food and better service . Also. Chips are stale. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went to pick k up carry out to buy my elderly .other lunch, we have gone there several times before but this time was terrible!. I was wondering in line which never happens, a man got in.line after me and there were people eating st the tables. They were not busy at y he time I came. I asked for 2 fajita bowls first, the lady put bowls down on counter. I then asked her how much were the tacos because I couldn't see pricing for thdm.on menu board. She looked at me like she didnt know so I thought maybe she was new there. She said nothing to me and walked up to cash register area where all the employees ex kept 1 cook gathered and were talking. I am thinking she is asking them and going to cc some back but she doesn't return. I am standing for over 10 minutes watching them talking amongst themselves, at o e point an employee hands one of them $5. Still waiting then I look at the cook confused and said I just asked about taco prices. I don't think any of them could understand me. I apologized to the man behind me for even asking. He said nothing back. I finally called out where they could hear me. Hello I am still here. Another lady went to salsa area, glanced at me as she wiped 2 feet of that counter area and didnt offer to help me. It was another 5 mi test of no help or acknowledgement before I had enough of this horrible customer service when I left with some choice words for them. My mother doesn't need to sit in the car all that time for me to be standing in.line being ignored. I will not return to Chipotle after this experience. I drove all the way to finneytown location for my mom and they were out of onions and peppers again. I had to wait in a long line there and finally got food less the onions and peppers. We are going to find a better place to eat from now on

The doors are supposed to be open at 1045am. They are still setting up food and cutting up meat. They are not ready. All of this is supposed to be done before the doors are open. They served the first customer that 11am. I asked for tortilla chips and they didn't have any. They are unprofessional, unprepared, and run out of food items constantly. Service: 1
