I kinda wondered if I had seen it all. But then I ordered a mobile order at this location and I did not receive my order until 40 minutes after my pickup time. I arrived at the store at my pickup time, checked in then waited for 40 minutes until the order was ready. I received no explanation for a 40 minute wait after the time that the order was supposed to be ready, no empathy, just a casual sorry and here's an extra 2oz of queso for your wait. Order was wrong, food was cold and portions were significantly smaller than normal. This place is understaffed and poorly managed. The staff do not care about you, about the food, about anything. I understand it gets busy, and the staff can't help that they're not trained well, but these people truly make you feel like you are nothing. Just read the other reviews, this place had had problems for a long time and Chipotles leadership clearly doesn't care to change it. Save your sanity and go to any other restaurant. Big salute to Austin, Valeria, and L. A. over at Chipotle Mexican Grill on 120th Austin, Valeria, and L. A. absolutely crushed it tonight. You can tell when a team genuinely cares about the customers walking through the door, and these three brought amazing energy, kindness, professionalism, and hustle the entire time. The line moved smoothly, the food was on point, and they still took the time to be welcoming and respectful to everyone. In a world where good customer service is becoming rare, this crew deserves recognition. Northglenn’s got a solid squad holding it down over here. Appreciate all the hard work and positive attitudes — y’all made the experience way better than just grabbing food. Keep shining. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
