I’ve ordered from this Chipotle many times, but the quality has really gone downhill. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had here. I ordered a bowl with double chicken, but the amount of chicken looked like barely even a regular portion — maybe half a portion at most. The bowl wasn’t even filled up; the food was almost flat to the rim. For double protein, it was extremely disappointing. The ingredients also tasted and looked very unfresh. The chicken seemed like leftover scraps or edge pieces, and some of the vegetables looked dark and old. I only ate about half of it before I started feeling noticeably uncomfortable. I don’t know if they changed their ingredients, staff, or quality control, but this location is not the same as before. Very disappointing, especially as someone who has ordered here many times. 1 star. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The last 2 times my chicken bowl was too spicy to eat. I really love spicy food and honestly could not handle how hot it was. I thought maybe they gave me the wrong chicken the first time but it was the same the second time too. I’m not sure if they changed the recipe or what happened but I’ve ordered the same thing for years and have never changed a thing. whoever was making online orders at 5pm on may 26 2026 at this location deserves a huge raise, gave me one of the fullest and most delicious bowls ive ever had outside of that this chipotle is consistent, quick, and clean. good job Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
