I placed my order at 10:25 PM and reached the store around 10:50 PM, but my order was not even started. The store was completely messy and poorly maintained. They were out of several basic ingredients like corn, tomatoes, salsa, fajitas, and the guacamole had already turned black, so I had to refuse it. On top of that, the employee making my order was rude and asked me, “Why did you order?” I politely explained that I did not know the store would be in such bad condition and that they would be missing so many items. The most frustrating part was that I saw a bug on my food, which made me completely lose confidence in the cleanliness of the place. This was a very disappointing experience, especially with the poor customer service, lack of ingredients, messy store, and hygiene concerns. I would not recommend this location unless they seriously improve their cleanliness, food quality, and staff behavior. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely terrible customer service. I am writing this review while still standing in line after waiting approximately 15 minutes just to place an order. During that time, multiple employees were standing near the registers, yet no one acknowledged me, greeted me, or provided any explanation for the delay. After waiting several minutes, I politely asked whether anyone was preparing food. The employee at the register informed me that they could not find the person who was supposed to be serving customers. I continued waiting while another employee appeared to be focused on fulfilling online and takeout orders. A few minutes later, I noticed a woman who appeared to be a manager leave the restaurant and get into her car. When I asked again about the situation, the employee working the takeout area told me that I needed to be patient. At that point, I explained that I had already been more than patient and had been standing there for a considerable amount of time without so much as an acknowledgment. Her response was to tell me that I could simply go to another Chipotle. I understand that staffing shortages, unexpected issues, and delays happen. Those situations are often outside the control of frontline employees. What was disappointing was the complete lack of communication and basic customer service. A simple acknowledgment, apology, or update from any employee—especially a manager—would have gone a long way. Being ignored for 15 minutes and then told to be patient when asking a reasonable question is not acceptable. The issue was never the wait itself; it was the lack of communication, professionalism, and respect shown to customers. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Busy place for lunch went around noon, line moved fast which was nice portion definatly went down.. Got a beef bowl with rice and toppings no sides or extras food was fresh enviorment nice people seemed happy with food looking around would have liked a better customer service not really friendly in and out mode Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
