Customer service was rude!!!! I cut my leg with a bottle that dropped out of bag when I asked them if it was placed in the bag when I picked up my order. Response was no!! When I called the 1 800 number to talk to a regional manager no- one bothered to call me to talk with me to rectify the problem. As a manager myself, I find this very unprofessional Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Bowl

This use to be the best chipotle in the state, and I came here for years. The general manager and his team were always friendly, the food and portions were fantastic. They always went above and beyond to make sure my food was safe because I have a gluten allergy. Fast forward to now- the restaurant is run by new management and the quality of the food has gone downhill. The portions are horrible. I watched an employee come out of the restroom with his apron still on. This place is disgusting and almost none of the new staff speaks English so how can I effectively communicate my allergy? The new manager clearly doesn’t know how to run a restaurant or effectively train his staff. Disappointing. If I could give the store no stars I would. It’s a shame to see what was once my favorite location become one I won’t be returning to. I hope corporate takes notice and makes the necessary changes because this is ridiculous and I won’t be giving my money to chipotle anymore. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They’re supposed to open at 10:45 am but i had to sit in my car until 11:10 because they weren’t open and then on top of that my food was mid like are we for real? I see a full team of staff inside the building so they shouldn’t be taking an extra 25 minutes to open up especially when I placed my mobile order for 10:45. Why am I able to place an online order if they won’t be open on time???
