This location is awful. Rice is always undercooked, making it hard to chew. The employees are rude. They are always out of ingredients. I purposely drive further to the location on Far Hills by Kroger. That one is much better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Chipotle Mexican Grill location. We came in with about an hour left before closing, which should be more than enough time to order and eat without feeling rushed. Instead, we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience the entire time. They were already putting food away around 9:15, well before closing, and were out of basic items—no tomatoes prepared and no chips available. It felt like they had already decided to shut down early. What really stood out was what happened next. While we were sitting there, more customers came in around 9:30 and were told they were out of white rice—even though I had just seen a full pan of it when I ordered. At that point, they had already put so much away that staff had to go back into the kitchen just to get serving spoons. At checkout, we were asked if the order was to-go. When I said it was for here, the employee made a point to say they close in an hour and even mentioned they tell people that so they don’t stay past closing. The way it was communicated clearly gave the impression that we needed to hurry up and leave. If a restaurant is open, customers shouldn’t be rushed, turned away from available food, or dealing with staff shutting things down early. This felt unprofessional, misleading, and poorly managedy. Don’t waste you time. Always out of everything. Even on a Thursday at 6. Waited 30 minutes for them to announce they’re out of white rice, chicken, carnitas, and corn. Why even be open?
