Chips are flimsy and soggy. I finally looked up on Google why that is that way and it’s because you guys Not cooking the chips, long enough and trapping them in the bags while they’re still hot. Also, you put way too much cilantro in the rice. More green cilantro than white rice disgusting. Maybe try actually Measuring it correctly. Food: 1

So the sign says no cheese, why did I watch the dude behind the counter pull a fully stocked bucket of cheese out from underneath the counter and put it on an order. I act as if I don’t see him do it then ask if I could do queso since they didn’t have cheese (knowing that I saw the dude do it) he tells me no and says he still has to charge me for it make it make sense

I recently had dinner at the Chipotle Mexican Grill on Maple Grove Pkwy in Maple Grove, MN. I was very impressed with the food, which was all fresh and delicious. The beans were cooked perfectly, the rice was fluffy, and the vegetables were crisp. I also appreciated that the food was not too greasy or heavy. I would especially like to give a shout-out to Ty and Lilly, who were working the line of customers. They were both very friendly and helpful, and they made sure that I got my veggie bowl quickly and correctly. Even though they were short-staffed, they still managed to keep a smile on their faces and provide excellent customer service. Overall, I had a great experience at Chipotle. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
