Well, can't say I'm disappointed, they lived up to my expectations of none. Ordered bowl, brown rice was undercooked, nearly crunchy, chicken entirely to spicy. Properly spiced food and flavor will still come through, over spiced and nothing comes through except heat, or in this case, just HHHOOOTTT!!! No flavor, not even a twinge. Presentation, now there's a concept completely absent, Opened the lid and it looked like the bowl was stood on end before placing in the bag. Ended up being blended, not a good look nor appetizing. Not the first time for this kind of result from this place. I'll wait another year to see if there are any improvement. Doubtful, though, good food comes from food people, Chipotle's ownership is simply stock investors. Probably whose only food expertise is in the eating. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Worst bowl i ever had. I ordered a veggie and it has little to no lettuce or fajita veggies on the bowl. I ordered it online so I couldnt really have a say in how they made it but it was made poorly. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
