Found bug in 4 out of 5 bowls. Contacted support and they ended the chat with no resolution. We tried contacting again and they said "it was handled and the case is closed." No refund for $60 worth of food we had to throw away?? Ridiculous. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Only go here if you like eating BUGS. There were bugs WALKING AROUND IN OUR BOWLS. They must not have washed their lettuce. I immediately contacted pepper, who ended the conversation and said the issue was resolved as soon as I mentioned bugs. Considering we had to throw out our food, the issue is obviously not resolved. Then I started a new conversation, where Pepper immediately transferred me to a live agent. I said there were bugs in my food and I could provide a photo and then the live agent left me on read for about 10 minutes and ended the conversation with no response. I want a refund at this point. They did not even offer anything as soon as you mention bugs they end the conversation. We tried calling the store and you can only speak to a robot who asks who you want to order. We just wanted to let them know they are SERVING BUGS. I do not recommend eating here. Serving bugs with no resolution. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
