Honestly don’t know why I keep going to this Chipotle. By far the worst chipotle I’ve been to. Just convenient because I live close. Every time I go they are always so skimpish on their serving and it’s an issue with the employees every time you ask for a little more. It’s just the look every time you ask. The are all rude, always seem just miserable that they are there and it rubs off on their customers. I ate inside one time and they were literally cussing at a customer causing a scene because the guy was asking for a little more and said something about them only putting a half spoon of everything he requested. I know every chipotle I’ve ever went to they always serve a full spoon. Just seems they don’t want to have to cook anymore, or chop anything else. Terrible chipotle. Just came back to the reviews out of curiosity and honestly comical. How many one star reviews and “chipotle customer service” responses are going to be responded to before a REAL solution is implemented. Literally reviewed months ago at this point, haven’t went back since, am still getting very similar reviews as mine. Wish they would do better. this place is buns. i keep coming back here because it feels like it’s in a convenient spot but it’s definitely not worth it anymore. each time i come back i expect things to be better and changed but no. they have so many workers here and the dining area is never clean. a man claiming to be one of the managers can’t even handle a simple issue and when you ask for them to refill the aguas they don’t want to make a new batch. they deserve less than a one star. i’m done im breaking up with this chipotle. I hate leaving 1 star reviews but I drove to this Chipotle MEXICAN Grill to get a standard menu item, Steak Quesadilla (so did the customer behind me). The lady, very nice - just following the rules, said that she could only provide me with a kids Quesadilla because the standard Quesadilla was “online only”. Yes, so confused. I asked why? And she replied, “because it takes longer to make “. In which, I replied, “I don’t mind waiting”. She then told me again, she can’t because this item is for online only even though it is on their menu board. I don’t want to sound entitled, but this restaurants management/ownership is the worst. The employees are only enforcing their rules, as they should. But as a franchise owner they should not allow for such a disappointing customer experience. I’ve never heard that you can only order a menu item online, although it is offered on their menu board. I would suggest to go to another Chipotle because I feel it is a good franchise but the owner of this one is not aligned with the brand’s values. Not even going to mention they (Chipotle) were just sued by their shareholders for skimping on portions, and now this. Chipotle, read this review and make changes. You all are a good franchise but this owner isn’t uplifting your brand identity. I will also send an email to their headquarters.
