Very disappointing experience at Chipotle today. The young lady at the counter had absolutely no customer service skills and was very rude, not only to us but to other customers as well. One customer even asked for someone else to help because of her behavior, and another customer left without ordering because of how poorly she was treating people. I understand everyone has bad days, but basic respect and professionalism are important in customer service. Management seriously needs to train staff better and pay attention to how customers are being treated. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m honestly frustrated because every time I come to this location, I end up waiting for steak. The first time I had to wait about 15 minutes, and now today I’ve already been waiting over 20 minutes and the steak still isn’t ready. This seems to happen way too often. The restaurant should be preparing more steak before they completely run out, especially during busy hours. Customers shouldn’t have to stand around this long just to order food that’s supposed to already be available. I like Chipotle, but this repeated issue is becoming very inconvenient and disappointing. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I love this chipotle. The staff are friendly. The food is always good and they are consistent with their portions. It’s a plus when you go to eat and you’re not hungry afterwards and I’ve dealt with that with some chipotle before lol. But this chipotle is consistent. They are quick and they’re clean. I love this place! Who manages that store does a great job! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Burrito, Chips, Salsa, Tacos
