7:50p on a Friday. 7 people in front of me. Waited 25 minutes. Still 4 people. Now out of cheese and guacamole. Left. No anger, just truth: this is the slowest restaurant I’ve ever been to. Everyone was super confused, like we were on a prank show. 7 employees, all seem under 23, and the manager seems pretty clueless (though very, very nice to the team). The only one making orders needed instruction on how to roll burritos, tacos. It was so bad that I took a few videos (no faces, for privacy), just to show how comical it was. First is a ~3 minute time-lapse, where the burrito was stuck at the sour cream and lettuce stage for the entire 3 minutes, waiting for the manager to show her how to wrap. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This store is great and the team is trying their best, aside from being short staffed. This is a chipotle in a small, mountain town. They will run out of ingredients, there will be shorted staff, and there will be staff in training. These people complaining and leaving low reviews for things out of the staffs control, CLEARLY have never worked food service. If you want high end service and food, then go to a Michelin star restaurant. Maybe more staff will show up if you stop verbally abusing them Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
