I went to chipotle a few days ago, and the food was really good. The place was clean and my cashier under the name of Joseph was really nice and had a great customer service in contrast of the other workers. The lady with blondish hair that was serving me my food had a bad demeanor and it looked like she just wanted to get out of there, I totally understand when workers are tired and want to really get the shift done, but if you’re making the food in front of the customer, I think you should be more approachable and nice. There was a girl maybe in her 20s screaming in the back of the kitchen, basically telling everybody that she was tired of them which seemed crazy knowing that there was customers eating outside. I really love chipotle and I usually go here and I think this is a good establishment. It’s probably just the workers. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I received a birthday coupon that allowed me to select a complimentary item. I placed my order online and then drove to the restaurant to pick it up. Upon arrival, I was instructed to come inside the restaurant. I explained that I was not wearing shoes and asked if there was an alternative way to receive my order, but no accommodation was offered. When I eventually entered, I was informed that the coupon could not be honored, despite the fact that it was still valid and did not expire for another 30 days. The entire experience was disappointing and reflected a lack of customer service and flexibility. A birthday promotion should leave customers feeling appreciated, not frustrated. Unfortunately, the treatment I received fell well below the standard I expected from your restaurant. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
