I’m incredibly disappointed with my order tonight. I ordered two bowls tonight, one with extra steak and extra chicken in it. There was no steak entirely and the chicken portion was so small. It was even less than a normal portion of chicken. This was the worst experience I have ever had at chipotle. I’m never coming back to this location again. So disappointing. I ordered the cilantro lime sauce too and they just put sour cream instead even though it was an up charge. I’m never coming to this location again and you probably shouldn’t either unless you like getting ripped off lol. Food: 1

I recently had an absolutely awful experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill located at 121 E Farm To Market 544, Murphy, TX. From the moment I walked in, I should have known something was off. The hot sauces were clearly spoiled—tasting sour and off-putting. But that wasn’t the worst part. As I dug into my burrito, I was shocked to find part of a fingernail embedded in my food. Talk about a hygiene nightmare! On top of that, the chips were stale and unappetizing, and the meat was gristly and tough, making it nearly impossible to enjoy. I’ve had better meals from a fast food chain, and honestly, I won’t be returning to this location ever again. Completely unacceptable quality and cleanliness.
