This is the worst managed chipotle I’ve been to. The people who appear to be in charge each time I’ve been there have zero customer service skills and are downright rude either directly to customers or talking to staff while staff were helping customers. Feel bad for the decent people who work there. This place is not even remotely disabled friendly. The music is extremely loud, the soda machine is temperamental and always seems to be out of something. Regarding the reply from Chipotle- I already shared in detail with customer service after my first very bad experience, and they could care less. I’ll try again when if get around to it. The point is fast food, not months of complaining about it. Just tell the managers NOT to pull the attention of the staff away from actual customers and be polite! It’s not rocket science! This is not the staff its supervisors.

Honestly, this has to be one of the worst Chipotle locations I've ever been to. They were completely out of veggies — and didn't offer a discount, throw in extra chips or sauce, or substitute anything. And for my kid's meal, to top it off, they forgot to add Guacmole to his quesadilla, which was pathetic. I seriously cannot recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different location. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I like to visit this chipotle pretty frequently because of the kind and inviting employees that are constantly making experiences better but recently I haven’t been seeing my favorite crew members. When I asked about them I was told that they had quit recently. I was very sad to hear this so I wanted to know why. One of the crew members told me that a lot of the frequent employees from the morning shifts had quit because of the work environment and management problems. I learned that their GM named Tony is the main reason that so many people have quit recently. They said that Tony is mean and incapable of showing kindness and decency to both employees and customers. I came back another day and asked another employee about their opinions on their GM and I got a pretty similar report. This stores GM is the cause of this stores downward trend. He’s rude to customers and even worse to his own crew members who show up and work hard to ensure that customers feel welcomed. According to his own crew, this Tony guy is the complete opposite of how my favorite crew members are. My favorite crew members worked at Chipotle much longer than this GM has even been employed with Chipotle. Clearly there is a connection. I’m disappointed.
