06/09/2026 01:30pm This was easily the most disappointing Chipotle bowl I've received in the Reston/Herndon area. While prices have gone up, the portion sizes seem to have gone in the opposite direction. My veggie bowl looked noticeably underfilled and left me feeling like every scoop was being treated as if it were coming out of the server's personal pocket. I understand the importance of managing food costs and maintaining consistency, but customers also expect fair value for what they're paying. When portions are significantly smaller than what Chipotle is known for, it creates a frustrating experience and makes loyal customers question whether they're getting their money's worth. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces the importance of serving portions that match the standards customers have come to expect. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

All Chipotle restaurants are my most favorite spot to eat in the world. This one is no exception. The food is great and has good portions and is reasonably priced. You'll need a number code I think maybe 5 digits to enter the bathroom at this Chipotle but I remember numbers no problem. Some might need a pen to write down the number somewhere. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: The beans are great - pinto and black bean you can get both.

Arrived 11:45am, 45 minutes after location opened on a Sunday. All meats were very old, staff acknowledged all were reheated from yesterday. Unacceptable quality. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
