Food was good, just not how I remembered it, since it's been several years since I ate at a Chipotle. I remember it tasting better. I ordered a carne asada taco & asked for the toppings on the side on the app. When I went to pick it up, I noticed the toppings were not in the bag. I went back inside to tell them & the girl went to the back to figure out why. She came back & told me they already put the sides in the taco, which was not what & how I wanted my taco. I asked for the toppings again on the side & the manager came out & said they are already in the taco so I couldn't get them as sides, if i wanted them I'd have to pay for them. So I left. The second time I went here I ordered my food on the app in their parking lot, then went inside right after I sent it & told them personally how I wanted my order & was able to get my toppings on the side. Don't know why all that happened the first time, but that was several months ago. The second time was a few days later. I haven't been back cause it got too expensive for me & I can make a carne asada burrito & tacos better using better ingredients with ribeye steaks chopped up. Would I recommend eatting here? Yes I would, if you don't mind the price. I doubt if the manager I spoke to last is still working there & if she is, she probably mellowed out. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: If you are vegetarian, just order your food with out any meat options. I used too when I was one & didn't want .eat in my bowles back in the day when I ate at Chipotle alot.

Kelly was Amazing! Customer service amazing! He went above and beyond for service. Definitely will come from the perris location to this one now on!!! Also good was way better This Location is a 10!!! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5

I am not sure what is going on with Chipotle Mexican Grill. I haven't been there for a while since my bad experience at the Riverside Cental Plazza location so I decided to try the location in OrangeCrest on Van Buren and Troutwine. There was no line so I was able to place my order right away. I ordered 3 chicken bowls to go.I was so shocked when I got back to my home, how little food they provided in each container. We all had to dig through rice and beans looking for small pieces of chicken.They even cut back on the amount of lettuce they put on there. I remember not too long ago they would pile up protein and lettuce for a good healthy portion. Not anymore.I am done with this food chain company.
