Very disappointed with my experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. I paid for extra steak and barely got any meat in my bowl — literally looked like only two small pieces. On top of that, I was charged for three portions. If customers are paying extra, the portions should actually match what they’re being charged for. The employees also did not have a professional attitude when handling the situation, which made the experience even worse. I will be contacting corporate to report this situation because this level of service is unacceptable. Definitely not worth the money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Do not follow simple instructions, asked for cheese and lettuce and did not receive it. Instead I got fajitas and guac. Also received less than a serving of chicken Food: 1 Service: 1

This is second time I got meat in my veggie bowl. Employee response was: “we cannot guarantee that veggie bowl is 100% vegetarian, we try our best”. Chipotle has no quality control and quality assurance. Don’t trust Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
