I paid an exorbitant amount for 4 pieces of steak on a burrito and when I asked for more they said it would be a double meat charge. The rest of the toppings were more in line with a normal visit but I bought food for 4 and assure you every thing was very light protein. 4 people, enough meat for 1. Chipotle has fallen from grace. I swear the CEO just said if people want more they should ask. Well good for him if that requires an up charge. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I've noticed a trend at most Chipotle locations. Busy or regular flow of customers, I mostly find that my bowl is slopped together and messy. Today my daughter and I went to the Union Center Chipotle and both our bowls were made sloppy with a massive amount of rice leaving little room for the rest of the ingredients. We both asked for extra sour cream and we were met with attitude. I asked the staff to drain the tomatoes before putting in my bowl and was met with attitude again. Lastly, I asked for a large bag of chips, they didn't have large bags ready made. I watch the staff combine 2 small bags into a large bag, which was fine. When I started eating the chips as I drove home, I realized the chips were stale . I wish we didn't have this experience. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I got a honey chicken burrito from here and the chicken was dry and tasted like normal chicken. I also have gotten stale burritos numerous times from here. Nothing wrong with the workers in terms of friendliness and service but I would definitely would go to another chipotle in terms of food quality and taste Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
