First, I'm not happy with Chipotle getting rid of the Blackberry line of drink for some subpar substitution. Second, Chipotle should establish a standard size spoon for their portions of food. I travel for a living and I can't tell you how many times I have been disappointed by the amount of my chicken. You pay the same amount, but the chicken, or whatever meat you like, is gone within a few minutes because the portion is so small. You end up paying mostly for rice. Then you have the disgusting customers who like to lean over the glass, and as they pointing at the food while they are talking, you can just imagine their spit falling into the food. I really enjoy eating at Chipotle, but their customers should get more protein (meat) for the price we are paying.

I visited Chipotle in Tracy and had a very disappointing experience. The employee taking drive-thru orders had difficulty understanding my order, and as a result, all of the meat was left out of my meal even though I was charged for it. I paid for items that I never received. I understand that mistakes can happen, but customers should be able to communicate their orders clearly and receive what they paid for. Chipotle should ensure that employees taking orders can effectively understand customers to help avoid these issues in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
