I went in person to place an order since ordering on the app is always a disaster. I had a reward for free guacamole and I noticed it didnt come off my order after scanning it. I asked the cashier and she said I was supposed to tell her. Okay cool no issues I told her I wasnt aware so she calls over her coworker who adjusts the order and tells me to scan. The issue is the cost never went down. I told them that and they said it was because I got chips. I didnt want to sit there and argue with them so I paid. I asked for my receipt and they told me they already threw it away (2 seconds after I paid). I recreated the order on the app and sure enough I was over charged and my guacamole was in fact not free. They really need to get it together with the staff in this location. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I moved here a couple of months ago and I had three times (most recently today). I just found a piece of hair in my food and for reference I have dreadlocks so this cannot be mine. I’m disappointed because I used to work at chipotle as a teen and I know they have a hairnet policy. Not sure what happened today Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I didn't think a Chipotle meal can get be bad , The chicken tasted fishy and the texture was all kinds of wrong , almost like it was too old and they just added water to it to not look dry which practically turned it into stewed chicken instead of grilled chicken They also were out of queso on the service line , I asked if they had more on the back or in the making then the server goes to the back and serve it , it was apparent that the color was too pale than normal and also somewhat brown. I thought it would be fine, because surely it couldn't have sat around long enough to go bad and I'd hate to have them toss the whole bowl and waste food and just when I was paying for the food the back line announced that the new batch of queso was done. Anyway worst meal I ever had , and this was my one meal for the day . If Only these servers would serve the food in a condition that they themselves would like to be served ! Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
