Good food. Good customer service. Though the restaurant was busy and only one person was serving, he did ensure that all tables were taken care. The food was authentic Indian. Would highly recommend Price per person: £60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section

The food was outstanding — everything is cooked from scratch, and you can taste the freshness and depth of flavour in every dish. The poppadom cones were a brilliant touch. I ordered the Mangaluru Kori Gassi, which was exceptional: rich, layered spice with just the right amount of heat. The Meen Moilee was a huge hit with my partner, beautifully balanced and full of flavour. Even the wine impressed us. Instead of the usual uninspired pairing you often get with Indian cuisine, we were served a genuinely lovely Rioja that complemented the dishes perfectly. My partner was thoroughly impressed with the place and we will definitely be returning . Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We visited Chokhat on Farnham Road and had a great experience. Lovely decor and very friendly staff. The food was really good and arrived quickly, hot, and full of flavour. A special touch was the chef coming over to ask how the food was — we really appreciated that. First time visiting and we were very impressed. Will definitely be going again. Price per person: £40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
