Choklet is one of those places that is born out of love. In this case the love of chocolate (obviously, by the name) and cocktails. A warm welcome awaits you at Choklet. The menu introduces you to the concept behind the name, and goes on to give you an array of delights to choose from. There is a bespoke selection of chocolate derived cocktails, each one delicious in its own right (and I've drank most, if not all!) For those looking for something not chocolate based there are a plethora of other cocktails for you to try and enjoy. If you don't fancy a cocktail, don't worry, Choklet has you covered with a good selection of wines and beers that should suit most tastes. If you feel peckish there are a number of sharing platters. We had the meat and cheese sharing platter, followed by the cheese and chocolate platter. These delicious platters have an abundance of delights for you to try, and there is enough to satisfy a decent hunger. Alison will guide you through your selection of meats, cheeses, accompaniments and chocolate (depending on what platter you decide to have) advising you on the finer details such as where the products are from and why they've been paired with each other. Of course, it's down to you on how you devour them. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly and the cost reasonable. There's nothing not to like. Adam and Alison share their passion for chocolate, cocktails, cheese and Cornwall in this gem of a place in Looe. It's a delight to go there and an equally delightful thought to know that someday you'll hopefully get the chance to return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just called in on the off chance, what an amazing find. Fabulous cocktails and superb sharing plates. If you’ve had your fill of fish and pub food, try this place for a few snacks and a few (or more) drinks. PS The service is brilliant and they also sell really special chocolate too Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection
