GO HERE!! Not only are the people so friendly (especially the manager - or maybe he's the owner), but the salads are so delicious! I love how they have not only a build your own - but they also have several salads to choose from and now they have wraps! Everything here is fresh, delicious and the price is great too! We are repeat customers almost weekly and I highly recommend this place!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Chop Stop is THE PLACE for salad!! I’m from Oceanside, but I plan my trips down to Encinitas just to pick up salads and Chopurritos from Chop Stop! My fave is the Santa Fe Chop- many to choose from, new ones all the time, including salmon and new proteins added on the regular. Try the warm Chopurrito- rice, beans, lettuce and six toppings- again, several bowls to choose from and sooo delicious!! Don’t see one you like? It’s ok- they can custom make a salad or bowl for you! No one is left out at Chop Stop :) Order online and pick up, or order in-store and chat with the friendly team while you wait. Please build more stores, we need more places like this in North County! Until then, I’m more than happy to make the drive to Encinitas for good, healthy food at Chop Stop. Service: Take out
