Hands down the most life altering dinner I've ever had in my life. Among anywhere in the country, this place was beyond amazing. The wait staff were on point and attentive. Never had to ask for a single thing. Its a crime they don't have a michelin star. It is that good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wow! We absolutely loved this restaurant! The food is amazing and the staff is so kind! Our waitress helped us with so many great recommendations from the menu and my mom said the dessert was the best she ever had! We will be back for sure and highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Beautiful restaurant. Really exceptional food flavor combinations. Our server was wonderful and knowledgeable. Two must haves from our experience: The beef keftedes and scallops. Ignore the * items. Those that we ordered were underwhelming despite being heavily pushed. Like: Our lamb appetizers were overdone, a generous medium , and the accompanying hummus was 3/4 of the plate. The pork chop was also overdone, which really changed the flavor of the plate. No reaction from our server outside of “oh, sorry to hear” when we brought up these temperature misfires. Skip the rice side, it really has nothing to offer with anything else that you’ll order. What was most frustrating: The hostess was very aloof. Arrived on time for our reservation and asked to wait a few minutes. No problem, but there is no where to wait when several others are also waiting. At 7pm (in July) the sun is blasting through the front windows and the tiny entry area has no circulating air. The couple of parties waiting were largely uncomfortable being corralled and having to shuffle around as people were also exiting. This also transferred into the dining room. It was so HOT. If you’re seated along the wall, enjoy sitting in the previous diners sweaty spots on the pillows. It is also very loud. If you are hard of hearing at all, this is not the place for you. This plays absolutely no bearing on my ‘atmosphere’ rating, but I was so surprised to see how pedestrian the bathrooms were considering how ornate the dining area is. An homage to the original Chortke? :) $700 w/tip for 4 people seemed exorbitant for the experience . 4 glasses of wine, 4 apps, 4 mains, and 4 sides- no dessert. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $100+
