Wow! The best Chinese food in Middlesbrough! Ordered here multiple times, food never disappoints. The service here is also top tier, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Took over an hour and a half to arrive when it finally did the salt and pepper chips were soggy and cold also asked for it to not but spicy but was spicy dunno how you can charge £5.20 for them chips they’re awful Food: 2 Service: 2

Avoid Chubby Panda Chinese at all costs. The food was absolutely vile. The curry sauce turned up looking like straight-up wallpaper paste — thick, gloopy, and completely inedible. The egg fried rice was no better: undercooked egg, rice clumped together like it had been sat there all day, just a sticky, tasteless mess. Honestly, “rotten” doesn’t even cover it. And let’s not even get started on the delivery time — nearly 2 hours to arrive, and we’re practically round the corner. No excuse for that at all. Then came the worst part — the attitude. We rang up to explain the issues and got nothing but arrogance. The guy on the phone kept going on about being a chef for 25 years, as if that excuses serving food like that. Newsflash: time served clearly doesn’t equal quality. Especially when you’re talking to actual chefs who know exactly how egg fried rice should be cooked — and that definitely wasn’t it. Rude, dismissive, and clearly not interested in fixing anything. Shocking food, shocking service, and a shocking attitude to match. Won’t be back — and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
