Absolutely terrible experience today (06/13/26) for my sons fourth birthday. we got there 10 min before the party to set up we got there and his table wasn't even set up and i had asked our server (shawn) for our pizzas to be out at 3:15 he didn't bring them out til 4pm, i also asked for 4 pitchers for drinks and it had been 20 min and i was like this is ridiculous so i went to the back and was just like give them to me il do it myself, all the kids arrived and he took forever to get all the cards. And even throughout the party he barely came by and i had to be the one that kept refilling the pitchers i literally had no time to talk to any of the guests or sit down the entire two hours, he was like im sorry im so slow we are super short staffed i was like whatever, when the cake happened we were supposed to get goodie bags and dippin dots and he forgot to bring both. I think he saw me complain to the party manager and brought out the dippin cups so i was like tell him to dont even bother everyone left already. So i talked to the head manager Aaron who was really nice and while Talking to him midway i was like i understand you guys are short staffed and before finishing my sentence he looked at me like? He was like we arent short staffed? And i was like well thats what he told me in-the beginning? Not only did I have to pay for a service that I ended up having to do all by myself but i was LIED to. NEVER EVER coming here for a party ever again.

Clean facility. Super nice and attentive staff. All machines worked properly. Fresh salad bar. My baby enjoyed his time, so did every kid.

I visited this Chuck E. Cheese location and had a concerning experience. While eating a veggie pizza, I bit into a very hard black object that shattered in my mouth. At first, I thought my tooth had broken. This shouldn’t happen in food, especially at a place meant for families and kids. The staff should check their kitchen and food prep because this was dangerous and very disappointing.
