Went here for a friend's birthday and ordered one of all the appetizers. The service was slow and we didn't get all the apps we ordered. When it came to the bill we were charged for the appetizers that we did not receive. I brought it up with the waitress and she got the manager. He comes to my table and immediately accuses us of lieing and proceeds to argue with me and tell me that we received all the apps, when a whole table of 10 people confirmed that we didn't receive them. The manager was persistent and continued to argue so we just paid and left. Safe to say I will never be going back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently celebrated my anniversary at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Our server, Simone, provided top-notch service throughout the evening, making sure our every need was met with a smile. As for the food, it was absolutely divine! I ordered the Bacon Cheddar Burger with Fries, and it was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor. My wife indulged in the Lobster Tail and Sirloin Steak, which she couldn't stop raving about. The combination of tender steak and lobster was a amazing . Overall, our experience at Chuck's Roadhouse was outstanding , and we can't wait to return for another memorable meal. Thank you, Simone and Chuck's Roadhouse , for making our anniversary dinner extra special! Five stars all the way! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
