I ordered 2 orders of chicken meals and mentioned I wanted a family sized okra. She gave me the okra in large. I gave it back and said I asked for a family size okra. She came back with the family size, I inspected, they wasn't fresh and hot, but warm. I returned it and said these are not fresh. I was asked to park were the dumper was so they can make a fresh batch. They looked the same as the first. Hard and looked like they refried them . When I would come the okra would be nice and fresh and crispy. Looked like they was cooked on old oil. I had to go to Chicken Express for fresh and better looking okra. Check the photo comparisons. And the chicken was just ok this time. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The Church’s on North Texas Ave in Bryan, Tx. Tried to go through the drive through. Worst service I’ve seen. After waiting 10 minutes to order the food, we then go to the window. We were given our drinks and told to back up towards a major roadway so we could get in another line and wait for our food. Mind you we only order 4 pieces of chicken. We waited in the new line while blocking the drive through which caused other vehicles to have difficulty pulling up to the window. We had to back up into the roadway to allow a vehicle to pull up to the window which they were told to back up and get behind us which was impossible due to all the other vehicles. This store is horrible and I do not recommend it to anyone. If you do go there good luck with your safety. Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited Church's Texas Chicken and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The service was incredibly slow, and when I finally received my order, it was incorrect. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in making things right. Overall, I was very disappointed with my visit and would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick and easy meal
