Asked for a refund through the drive thru at about 940pm. Supervisor is completely clueless. Staff said strips were sold and need to be made. I asked for a refund. Supervisor lied and said it would be 3 minutes and if I still wanted a refund. I said yes. They gave me less than $10 for an order that was $15.78. I corrected them and they messed up again. They gave me $2.12 less than I paid. I had to go into the store to correct them again. They struggled to figure out what order they were refunding despite having my receipt in their hands. They made me give them back the money they had refunded me so far because they couldn't calculate the difference that was missing. They said they had to put it all back in the register so they could figure out the correct amount to refund me. Basic math skills are lacking for someone in a supervisory position. The drive thru cashier seems to have forgotten to turn off their mic when speaking unprofessionally to other staff or about customers. Everything they think they're only saying to their coworkers is being hear in the drive thru speaker. The store was also a mess! Oil dripping and collecting on the floor from fryers. Flour all over the place. A fryer was heavily smoking but no one seemed to care to check on it. No care about cross contamination. Place smells like spoiled chicken. Never again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
