Very disappointed with our experience at Cicis Pizza today. Our son won a free buffet ticket, and we wanted to enjoy lunch together as a family. Unfortunately, I have special dietary restrictions for health reasons and could not eat the buffet food. We politely asked if I could simply sit with my son while he enjoyed his prize, but we were told I had to purchase a buffet anyway just to be allowed to sit inside. Not only would they not allow outside food for someone with health issues, but they also would not make any exception for a mother wanting to accompany her child. It felt unnecessarily rigid and lacking compassion or common sense. A family-friendly restaurant should understand situations like this and show a little kindness and flexibility. Very discouraging experience. Service: 1

Had a wonderful time taking our students after a field trip to eat here. Ismael was amazing and helped us get situated quickly and efficiently. He made our visit extra special with his enthusiastic attitude and genuine love for his job. He really made the difference for our visit! Restrooms were clean, food was fresh, and staff was kind. Definitely a great place to take a small group of kiddos after a field trip! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sunday 5/24 at 6:48 PM — Spoke with the assistant manager, who was rude and completely unhelpful. The policy is honestly insane. I understand that some people may not be truthful, but my husband and 4 kids were all eating. I have an allergy and do not eat at buffets. I even offered to pay first and have them refund me afterward once they saw I wasn’t eating, and I was still told no. I brought 5 paying customers in, and they still made me leave. My kids were so excited to eat here since it had been a long time, so I decided to leave and let my husband stay with them instead. They said it was the owners policy. We’ll just be going to the Capital Plaza location from now on because this experience was ridiculous. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
