Much better pizza buffets in town but it's cheap. Used to be a semi regular customer until the cashier/hostess was rude and hostile with myself and my sweet wife for no reason. We turned around shocked and left before ordering. We had just walked in and waited to order and greated her with a "good day". I genuinely think it made her furious to see someone happy. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

didn't know that Cici's pizza upped their game on the buffet! wow! so cool love the flavor and texture of the needles covered in brown sauce so yummy! Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We all know we get what we pay for at a pizza buffet but Cicis Pizza has really gone down hill, at least at this location. As usual, they have a great selection of pizzas and are constantly adding new additions to the menu...but the taste, nearly awful and flavorless. Since the first location opened in Tyler, nearly about30 years ago, they are not what they were. Obviously, the prices have increased but nearly $20 for two, with water, is a bit much for what many call "cardboard pizza". That never bothered me, it's what we expect, but at least the cardboard used to have flavor. Last dozen or so visits at this location, I'm just not impressed. Then, the lack of dining area cleanliness (especially at the self serve trash cans) is nearly disgusting. It'll take the begging of a grandkid to get me back in this place. There are simply better options out there. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Recommended dishes: Cinnamon Rolls Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
