Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. The manager on duty is consistently rude, never smiles, and creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. It’s frustrating to walk in only to be told yet again that there are no Cinnabons available. How does a Cinnabon not have Cinnabons? What’s even more upsetting is that they let go of one of the best employees they had who was always upbeat, friendly, and made the entire experience enjoyable. It’s a shame to see someone with such a great personality and strong work ethic replaced while the customer service continues to go downhill.A supervisor named Kristina has the most disappointing and rude personality. This location seriously needs better management and a reminder that customers have choices. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
