I am writing to express my concern regarding the customer service I have repeatedly experienced from an employee at your store. I am a frequent customer and have always appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the store manager, who consistently greets customers and is willing to help whenever needed. Unfortunately, my experiences with one particular employee have been quite different. About a week ago, I paid for my gas using the self-checkout and did not receive a receipt. I politely asked the employee whether I needed a receipt and if my payment had gone through. Rather than responding, she remained silent. After a few moments, she walked over to check the machine and discovered that the receipt had become jammed. I explained that if my payment had processed successfully, I did not need the receipt. I again asked if everything was okay, but she still did not respond. Today, I visited the store again and experienced the same lack of customer service. The employee came from the back of the store but never greeted customers, acknowledged anyone, or spoke. As a regular customer, I find this behavior unprofessional and disappointing. I have observed her speaking with other customers in the past, so I know she is capable of interacting with patrons. I want to emphasize that the store manager is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which is why this employee’s behavior stands out so noticeably. Customer service is important, and all customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I also understand that choosing where to shop is a matter of choice, and customers have many options. We do not have to patronize businesses where we feel unwelcome, ignored, or treated rudely. I have continued visiting this location because of the excellent service provided by the manager and the convenience of the store, but experiences like these make customers reconsider where they spend their money. I hope management will address this concern so that future customer experiences better reflect the standards of professionalism, courtesy, and customer care that I have come to expect from this store.

These people are genuinely "Hall monitor" types. Evey single circle k I've been to across this wide beautiful country has been pleasantly the same - except this one. The manager is superficially charming, helpful even. The problem is, when I say "I don't need help thanks" he takes it upon himself to get all in your business like you don't know what you need. And he is absolutely militant about making you put your *single* tall can in a bag before leaving, despite the fact that that's not the law here, and no other place that sells me beer makes me do that, and frankly I don't need more trash to worry about. But he forces it, and threatens to ban you from the store of you don't, and even makes his underlings threaten you too. Talked to one of the employees: this manager will text them *on his day off* to make them send him info about how the store is doing instead of being present to help customers. Dude does too much. Gets an additional star now though because the remodel really improved mobility through the store despite it being small. Huge improvement there. Now they need to remodel their colons and remove the sticks they all seem to have up theirs.

I go here for the non-ethanol pure gas which their pumps seem to never work at least every 2 months. And they never put a sign up saying they're out of order, just yesterday I spoke to the store manager who said he's been having a work order for 5 days waiting, I asked him why not put up a sign, he said he doesn't want the people to think that the whole pump doesn't work, I suggested other stations in the area sometimes put up signs when certain grades are out and people seem to understand he just kind of shrugged and said I'm sorry my friend I'm in the same boat as you I suggested he put up a sign and he kind of indicated he would I happen to be by there about 5 hours later and there was still no sign. There's an Exxon up the road at Lafayette village that sells non-ethanol pure gas it's about $0.50 a gallon more I'm just going there from now on the heck with circle k it's not worth the hassle even though it's closer to my house
