Our chef Michele Giovannini pays great attention to the seasonality of the ingredients and uses the best herbs and spices to have a healthy, but at the same time extremely tasty, cuisine. The aperitif at sunset with a view of Rome is unmissable and the cocktails perfectly match with the courses on the menu.
