We decided to eat here on our way out headed home from the beach. Nice small home town like cafe. Quite the menu for a small place! Seating is kind of tight but hey it’s a small place. Staff were very nice and professional. All of our food came out in a timely manner and all the food was delicious! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Biscuits and Gravy, Sausage Gravy

We have been visiting Topsail for a couple summers now and can't believe we are just now discovering this hidden gem! City Cafe seems to be the local place to go! Great people, great service, great food! Our server, Marissa, and another wonderful waitress, Jamie, who stepped in when I spilled my water and got me another breakfast quickly, as well as the other staff we interacted with, were some of the friendliest people around! What can I say I just love this little cafe so much. The food is amazing so hats off to the cook! The service is just as wonderful Siri is just a precious sweet lady. She is such a gem as takes kindness to new height that’s hard to reach for others. She was so happy to share what the lunch special was. 12/10 I could absolutely see myself going back to here for breakfast again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
