They have great selection of different sauces and spices other Cuty Markets dont carry.

The Spanish lady who bagged my groceries didn’t do a good job. She didn’t put my meat in the cold pack bag. The cashier did it and they both left it unzipped. I bought that cold/ hot bag at City Market. I would think they would know how to use their own products.I had to zip it and check the rest of the boxes. I have boxes that I use. I bought the boxes at City Market. I would think the boxes would be easy to pack. I had to make sure they were packed right. Why don’t they just have me pack my groceries if they don’t want to and since they aren’t doing it right? Why should I have to repack my bags when City Market offers this service. They need more training. What happened to customer service? I don’t live in Rifle. I have a longer drive to Parachute. I would like to keep my meat cold for the drive. I will just have to repack my groceries before I leave the store like I did today. It ruined my shopping experience. I felt like they were trying to get rid of me. I didn’t talk. I wasn’t complaining. I don’t know why they would want to rush me out of the store. I’m going to make sure my bags are packed right and I’m not leaving until I unpack meat and repack it in my cold bag. The store wasn’t busy so that they had to rush. I don’t get it. I guess they don’t care.
