Some of the workers are nasty and rude, especially the deli workers. I have never been disrespected in my life. I spoke to the owner's son and I received a free frozen drink ( that I threw away) No one who is spending money in an establishment should be talked and treated the way I was treated. I would never step foot in that place ever again.

The 2 ladies on day shift (short on the smaller side and older looking, one on the heavier side and wears glasses) are so unbelievably rude and have the worst attitude and make slick comments towards me and my friend who go in almost everyday to get subs. Today they were unbelievably rude and disrespectful to us, they refused us to use the bathroom even tho we purchased over 20$ worth of food for no valid reason and lied and said it was out of order when it clearly wasnt and allowed someone else to use the bathroom and when they left i went up to the register and asked for the bathroom key and the lady upfront told me "the ladies on day shift said not to give either of you the key" without a valid reason which I believe they were discriminating my friend who is a woman of color because when i go in alone i am less bothered and get much less attitude from. When we were leaving out the door the 2 of them were standing outside eating pizza and stared us down as we were crossing the street and the skinny one screamed "what the f are you looking at, stop f**king looking at us" this was completely unprovoked we only were looking at them because they were looking at us extremely hard and then a man came out and was with them and was staring at us and pointing.... we felt threatened and uncomfortable because we did absolutely nothing to deserve this kind of treatment we are very loyal customers but we are questioning if it's safe to go back....

I remembered when this place first opened it was such a great addition to town, having been a vacant spot for so long. I hadn't been in there in years but grabbed a sandwich there yesterday. I wonder if it's under new ownership or what's going on, it feels tired. Dunkin' no longer in there, looks like there's a plan but still in process for that spot. Sandwiches used to be amazing and this was fine but nothing special.
